Individual Sessions
Sacred Doula Initial Session ($325)
This high-touch session is a sacred space designed to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect with your soul’s truth, and step forward with clarity and peace. Together, we attune to your subconscious and energetic field to uncover hidden blocks, lingering entanglements, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Your experience includes:
- Intuitive Diagnostic – insight into your subconscious and energetic field to guide our focus. This is not fortune-telling, but a tool for discovery and direction — helping us understand what’s happening beneath the surface so we can clear what no longer serves.
- Personalized Intention & Vision Setting – creating a clear path forward for your healing and alignment.
- Energy Clearing – releasing blocks, cords, and residues across mind, body, spirit, and soul.
- Integration & Repatterning – advanced tools to shift subconscious patterns and align your energy with new possibilities.
- Personalized Integration Report – a beautifully designed PDF with your session insights, clearing summary, and tailored practices to anchor the changes.

- Pre-session: review of your detailed intake + diagnostic card pull.
- Live session: 60–75 minutes together.
- Post-session: creation of your integration report.

Biohacking Sacred Reset Session
(In-Person, Houston)

This immersive in-person session combines layered biohacking technologies PLUS a mini energy clearing to release stress, recharge your system, and realign body + mind. Your experience begins with a Bio-Well Scan & Report — a state-of-the-art energy assessment showing stress levels, energy flow, and alignment before and after.
*75-minute follow up sessions are available for established clients.
During your 2-hour reset, you’ll experience up to three layered pairings such as:
