This 3-hour virtual experience is to help soulful, high‑achieving women (40+) release stuck energy, reset your nervous system, and reprogram limiting beliefs—without fluff, pressure, or group overwhelm.

There'll be no hype or fluff during this workshop. 

It'll be mainly me sharing helpful material that you can use to put into action immediately - followed by the space where we’ll implement together as a group.
